In case of no-show or cancellation less than 72 hours before the event, the deposit will be retained.
3. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

A one-month extension may be granted upon request before the voucher expires. During this period, vouchers are valid from Tuesday noon to Friday noon.

Vouchers can be used for all services, except on public holidays, Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, and other special menus.

No extension is possible after the voucher expires.
