True to the spirit of the place and its history, Patricia and Antoine Weyland took over La Grange aux Loups at the end of 2024. In the kitchen, Antoine brings his personal vision of gastronomy, supported by a passionate, curious team driven by a constant desire to improve.

Stéphane has built a selection that is both rich and balanced, where timeless classics sit alongside exciting discoveries. Each bottle is chosen with care, respecting the terroir, the winemakers’ history, and the spirit of the house. His cellar reflects a philosophy: to offer wines that do not merely aim to impress, but above all, reveal the chef’s dishes and provide a genuine emotional experience.
