
Originally from Aumont-en-Halatte, Antoine Weyland has forged an unconventional culinary path at the crossroads of cooking and pastry.
His journey allowed him to work alongside numerous Michelin-starred chefs, including Eric Samson* in Courcelles-sur-Vesles, Marc Le Ouedec* in Portugal, and Carlo Crisci** in Switzerland. It was his encounter with François Adamski*, Best Craftsman of France and Bocuse d’Or winner, that reignited his passion for cooking through their numerous collaborations as consultants, during which they jointly created innovative menus combining precision and creativity.
In 2024, Antoine chose, alongside his wife Patricia, to return to Picardy and take over La Grange aux Loups in Apremont. Together, they fulfill their desire to cook and welcome guests in their own home, opening a new chapter for this iconic Oise establishment, recognized by Gault & Millau and the Michelin Guide. They bring their signature touch, blending culinary heritage with contemporary boldness.
